Unfair Lending: Why Discrimination In Banking Still Exists And How To Prevent It

Unfair Lending takes a deep dive into the US lending industry and shows how discrimination still happens in banking. Written by a former bank regulator, this book reveals real stories of banks over the years that have discriminated against borrowers across the country. The book covers the entire cycle of getting a loan from marketing to the application process, through the loan decision and setting interest rates. The author uses his years of experience to not only point out the faults in our financial system, but strategies on how to actually fix these very old problems. This book is designed for anyone who wants to help end discrimination in the banking industry.
