Angell's Union Series; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 296 pages; Revised stereotype edition. Bound in original full speckled calf with gilt tooled morocco title label to spine. Boards splayed slightly at front edge. Modest skinning to leather along edges; light surface rubbing mid-spine. Short, incipient split in the leather over the front hinge. Scattered moderate spot soiling to text. Prior ownership inscriptions to front and rear endpages. 1850's Bookplate of a University "Philosophical Society" mounted to the front pastedown. Solid copy.
