1856. New Edition. 928 pages. Quarter bound leather with marbled paper covered boards. Slight water damage to pages. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Heavier to endpapers & paste downs. visible cracking to both hinges with exposed netting. Brown stains to some pages. Binding is slightly shaky , however pages remain attached. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing and noticeable scuffing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Two patches of loss to front board. Book has a slight forward lean.
