About the Author
Bill Bonnstetter, with a Masters degree in business, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Target Training International, Ltd., in Scottsdale, Arizona. TTI was formed in 1984 and now markets products in over 50 countries. A leader in human resource development, he has conducted more research on DISC than anyone else in the industry. Bill is the author of 30 software programs and various training programs designed to tap the unlimited potential of the human mind: Building High Performing Teams, Energizing The Organization, Dynamic Communications, Sales Strategy Index, and the TriMetrixTM System. Bill is a Certified Professional Consultant to Management and is listed in Whos Who worldwide.
Bills passion for research and his desire to help others continues on a daily basis. He received a patent on a software program that integrates values and behavior, each producing a report. Judy Suiter is founder and President of Competitive Edge, Inc., in Peachtree City, Georgia, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Personnel Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. She has over fifteen years of marketing and sales experience and over 350 hours of advanced education and training in organizational development and advanced managerial sciences. Ms. Suiter has designed and conducted training programs for over 35, 000 people in all types of industries.
