She holds doctorates in psychology and business management. After a successful career in business, she moved into the field of industrial psychology and in 1979 she founded the American Institute for Creativity, Health and Productivity. Her work has resulted in a higher quality of life for thousands of individuals. Her executive development programs have made outstanding contributions to many Fortune 500 companies as well as to numerous smaller ones. Dr. Stevens and her husband, Dr. Dean Portinga, live and work in Naples, Florida.
