About the Authors
Liz Wilde is an international life coach with clients in Britain, Spain, Italy, America, and Australia. Her work has been featured in Red, Eve, Company, 19, Family Circle, Healthy, and Zest magazines, and in the Evening Standard. She trained with Coach University, the largest coach training organization in the world, and is a member of both Coachville Coach Training and the International Coaching Federation, the regulatory body of international coaches. Liz is also a beauty, health, and wellbeing journalist, and a qualified fitness instructor. Her writing has appeared in the Guardian and Daily Mail newspapers (both in Britain), and in Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, New Woman, and Men's Health magazines. She is the author of nine beauty, health, fitness, and wellbeing books, which have been published in six countries. She lives in London with her Australian partner and a very large barbecue.
Christine Wong graduated from New York City's Parsons School of Design in 1995 and became a graphic designer. She later decided to follow a career in illustration, which allows her to team her love of drawing with her passion for fashion. She is married and lives in New York.
