Containing a series of letters illustrative of the author's close and long-lasting friendship with the Punch editor from 1847 to 1870, including four folding letters in facsimile. In the original publisher's half vellum binding over cloth covered boards. Externally smart with minor shelf wear, some darkening to vellum as common, general light soiling and few minor marks to spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean. Very Good Indeed.
