Today's damaging behaviors and choices are often tied to yesterday's childhood pain and other traumas that lie beneath the surface. Until we recognize this, we will continue to make the same poor choices. We need intervention to begin to forge a new, more positive path. Karin, Melinda, and Lisa are living proof that change and freedom is possible.
In Unraveled Roots, the authors will help you:
• Identify the root causes behind your destructive choices and patterns
.• Expose the lies you believe about yourself, as well as other damaging behaviors and mindsets that you may not even realize are limiting and destructive
.• Change your life and legacy by establishing new, healthier patterns one small step at a time.
There is hope. Change is possible. Life can be different."Synopsis" may belong to another edition of this title.
About the Author
Melinda Means learned the hard way as she's fought chronic illness, raised a special needs child, and grappled with past wounds. She loves walking alongside women and pointing them toward healing and freedom. A Certified Professional Life Coach, she is also pursuing a Masters in Christian Counseling. Melinda is co-author of Mothering from Scratch and author of Invisible Wounds: Hope While You're Hurting.
Lisa Rowe, LCSW has earned an education in divorce, abandonment, codependency and other heartbreaking traumas. That training is not only reflected in the letters after her name: She's lived it. Lisa's passion is to uncover the root of dysfunctional behavior and help other women find hope, healing, and freedom from early childhood trauma.
