Unshakeable Self-Confidence: Why Organisations Should, and How Individuals Can, Develop Higher Self-Confidence

A considerable body of evidence supports the view that organisations have tremendous potential to increase productivity through improved individual self-confidence. The past research is summarised here along with the findings of a survey commission in four countries. The survey results make for important reading for any organisation looking to improve productivity, innovation and effectiveness. The author goes on to provide tested techniques for any individual to rapidly improve their self-confidence, enabling personal growth, effectiveness and joy.

Following 18 years working in sales and marketing in the USA, Canada and the UK, Kieran returned to New Zealand in 2010. He then worked for three years with the New Zealand Institute of Management running workshop on topics such as sales, and communication and presentation skills. He is the author of PersonaPR: The End of the Cold Call Era. Kieran's second book, Unshakeable Self-Confidence, is due for publication in February 2018. Kieran studied Psychology at Waikato University, Marketing at Massey and Adult Education and Training at The NZ Institute of Management.
