Unshrinkable

I Was Never Meant To Fit

I didn’t wake up one day and decide to rebel.

I woke up tired — tired of shrinking, tired of pleasing, tired of waiting for life to begin after someone finally chose me, praised me, or permitted me to be.

Born into a lineage of women who survived, endured, served, and stayed… I was handed a script I never agreed to. It said: Be a good girl. Marry well. Have children. Smile through the pain. Pray when it gets unbearable. Never be too loud, too wild, too ambitious, or too free.

But something in my spirit said, No.
Something in my blood said, You are the one who breaks it.
And something in my soul whispered, You are already free.
This book is not a cry for help. It is a declaration of arrival.
A love letter to those who no longer want to squeeze into the boxes of religion, relationships, roles, or rules.
It is for the woman who left the man but still aches.
For the soul who believes in God but not in control.
For the shapeshifter who knows they are more than a career, a child-bearer, or a servant to systems that don’t see them.

"Unshrinkable" is about becoming your own home, your own lover, your own liberation.
In a world that constantly tries to shape you, define you, and limit you, this book is a rebellion — a declaration that you were never meant to be confined. From the moment you were born, invisible rules began to wrap around you like a cage, whispering what you should be, how you should act, and who you should serve. These rules tell you to shrink, to silence, to sacrifice parts of yourself for the comfort of others. They teach you that your worth depends on your compliance, your appearance, and your ability to please. But this book is here to shatter that narrative.

This is not just a collection of words. It is a mirror reflecting the hidden truths of your experience, the subtle expectations that have tried to cage your spirit. It is a map to rediscover the parts of you that were tucked away, dismissed, or erased in the name of “being proper,” “being loved,” or “being enough.” Here, you will find the courage to reclaim your power, your voice, your desires — to live beyond the boundaries set by tradition, society, and even your own doubts.
You will be invited to recognize the box — the invisible prison made of whispered commands and polite limitations — and to name it with clarity and strength. Because naming the box is the first act of freedom. And once you see the box, you can choose to break it. To unshrink yourself. To unbox yourself. To rise fully into the vibrant, messy, beautiful person you were always meant to be.

This journey is not easy, but it is necessary. It is the beginning of a revolution within — one that calls you to live boldly, to honor your complexity, and to refuse the roles that do not serve your truth. You are not here to fit in. You are here to spill over, to overflow, to rewrite the rules.

This book is your invitation to step into that power, to challenge the system that asks you to stay small, and to create a life where your soul’s voice is not just heard but celebrated.

Welcome to the beginning of your unshrinkable story.
