The book takes the reader on a journey to find a suitable education system that is truly child-centered and makes learning enjoyable. It encourages everyone to become strong and true to themselves. Parents, guardians, and teachers will reconsider their approach to education and how it can nurture the child’s character.

About the Author

Wincy Chan is a “teacherpreneur” and an alternative educator who is passionate about child development, school education, and parenting. She was interviewed by mass media on TV and published newspaper articles, sharing her unique views on educating children with humanistic approaches and art. Her teaching experiences in both mainstream education and alternative education made her unique in understanding the advantages and disadvantages of both systems. Her mission is to bring alternative education to public awareness while helping mainstream education move toward a more children-centred approach—physically, psychologically, and emotionally—in teaching. Eventually, all children can be nurtured “the right way.”
