About the Author

James Spaulding started writing as a kid, and concieved this trilogy as a teenager. However, life interferred in the publishing of popular books for years. He wrote a non-fiction book, 'Rebuilding Rose', but this is his first of his 'Retro-SciFi' fictional series.
He is a Systems Engineer and IT consultant who teaches for corporations and local universities, and writes in his spare time. He also sails in the Chesapeake Bay and enjoys his large family in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
He studied mathematics, engineering, management, and education at Villanova, Widener, and Immaculata, and earned his doctorate at Penn State University. His career has been in the Aerospace and Computer industry, but he founded three businesses of his own. He has a number of business and non-fiction publications, and copyrights on over thirty Educational Software packages.
