About the Author

Richard Hautmann, geboren 1943, studierte Humanmedizin in W�rzburg. Seine Facharztweiterbildung f�r Urologie absolvierte er an der RWTH Aachen, wissenschaftlich war er t�tig an den Pharmakologischen Instituten in Aachen und Dallas. Seine Jahre als Assistent und Oberarzt f�hrten ihn schlu�endlich nach Ulm. Seit 1984 ist Richard Hautmann dort Direktor der Klinik f�r Urologie und Kinderurologie der Universit�t Ulm. Er gewann zahlreiche Preise f�r gute Lehre.
