About the Author: Ms. Rajani is working as Professional Assistant in Bangalore University Library, Bangalore, Karnataka State (India). She obtained her M.L.I.Sc., PGDLAN.,in Library and Information Science from IGNOU, New Delhi. The content of this book is a pioneering work of her M.L.I.Sc Project.
