The study reveals that any services of the library must meet the needs of users and it is identified that Current Awareness Service & UGC-INFONET programme service are more useful for their study and research work in order to meet their academic needs.The libraries should provide the efficient services to the users.

About the Author

Ms. Rajani is working as Professional Assistant in Bangalore University Library, Bangalore, Karnataka State (India). She obtained her M.L.I.Sc., PGDLAN.,in Library and Information Science from IGNOU, New Delhi. The content of this book is a pioneering work of her M.L.I.Sc Project. Presently she is pursuing for her Ph.D.program from RCU Belgaum.
