About the Authors

Shaun McNiff, University Professor Emeritus at Lesley University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, has advanced art-based research since the early 1970s. He is internationally recognized for furthering universal access to artistic expression as a source of creative wellbeing and facilitating human understanding through teaching, lecturing, critically acclaimed books, and publications. He is the recipient of numerous honors and awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award of the Journal of Applied Arts & Health. 

Ross W. Prior is professor of learning and teaching in the arts in higher education at the University of Wolverhampton, UK.
