Artists' Book produced by Robert Colvin, Peter Lyssiotis and Theo Strasser; No. 10 of an edition of only 10 copies Signed by the three creatives to limitations page; cloth boards with titling and hand-tipped plate to front, includes the original mylar wrapper; untrimmed heavy paper stock; a series of images combining Colvin's practice of employing paper coated with photographic emulsion (shadows cast by plants and other objects), Strasser's gouache abstractions, and Lyssiotis's use of corrugated cardboard as printing block; includes hand-written postcard from Robert Colvin to previous owner, signed in ink, stating: 'The text is screenprinted and layered into some of the images so that it blends in, and becomes a visual element on the page.the photograph in its crudest form, paper coated with photographic emulsion. The images, shadows cast by plants and objects, become abstract because the process does not allow for detail.
