Wayne Dipchan is the owner of AriLex Technologies LLC, an IT consulting company, and is a Windows Systems Engineer for Staten Island University Hospital, which is part of the LIJ Healthcare System. Wayne has had the opportunity to work for such companies as New Horizons CLC, St. Peter’s Healthcare System, and Barclays Capital. At Barclays Capital, he was part of a team that managed more than 25,000 Windows servers, focusing on Active Directory and Citrix. Currently at Staten Island University Hospital, he is involved in an Active Directory migration and utilizes PowerShell to automate many functions. This real-world experience helps him understand what end clients want and deliver real solutions. His training background enables him to discuss and explain technology to a wide range of audiences. He is also the co-author ofWindows Server 2008 How To.
