This is sociobiologist E.O. Wilson's copy, with two of his name stamps (one upside down) on the cover; taped onto the middle of the cover is an extracted piece of paper with the author's USC Law Center return address, most likely cut out of the envelope containing his (presentation?) letter to Dr. Wilson, judging from the "Pro[fessor]" typed at bottom right (the beginning of Prof. Wilson's address). Back wrapper has some wear; tight, text clean. Paginated 723-781. Interesting provenance [otob: 20a].
