11 x 8.5" tri-fold color brochure printed both sides that folds to about the size of a business envelope and intended to be used as a mailer. Illustrated with four captioned photos, a map of Alaska showing Arctic Circle Hot Springs, and, on the front panel, a drawing of the lodge at Arctic Circle Hot Springs and two totem poles against a backdrop of mountains. Besides descriptive narrative of the amenities, this brochure includes a water analysis of Arctic Circle Hot Springs. Handwritten on the address panel are the rates and the bus fare. A bit of wear to extremities with the top edge of the address panel darkened, corners mostly square, else very good and better. Per the narrative, this was known as "the year 'round Arctic playground".
