Narrow octavo, contemporary brown calf with old and recent mends and infilling; (2), iv, (2), 220 pp. Scarce Colonial American tradesmen's and travelers' pocket guidebook. First edition was published the previous year with same imprint and pagination. Evans 3958. Boards bowing, covers with old and successively more recent mends (all are sympathetic), binding quite tight though text is accessible old notes and figuring to endpapers, text is clean, good.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. US orders are shipped BY Priority Mail, Media Mail, OR UPS ($5-$15 on most single title orders).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Foreign orders are shipped at cost. International surface mail is not offered by the US Postal Service; all orders are shipped by air. We utilize the $35.00 Priority Mail International flat-rate mailer (4 lbs maximum weight) when we can adequately protect the book within. Oversize books will in most cases cost a minimum of $50.00 to ship overseas. The ABE default shipping rates are based on orders for 1 book at a maximum weight of 2.2 pounds. In many cases (large books, sets, insurance) this does not reflect the actual shipping cost. We will request additional shipping compensation through the Abebooks system when necessary.
