Item description from seller

Viewbook, 4 3/4" x 6," consisting of 16 pages of accordian-style, sepia toned lithographic views, including bird's eye view of "Fortress Monroe, Old Point Comfort, VA," "Battle of the Merrimac and the Monitor in Hampton Roads," "Rip-Raps, Fort Wool," "View from Ramparts--Looking East," "Water Battery," "National Cemetery Near Hampton VA," "Southern Branch, National Military Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers," "Hampton Normal and Agricultural Institute," "Hygeia Hotel, Old Point Comfort," "Our New Navy," etc. Many of the views are double-page. Some of the pages have a trace of a stain along the outer edge, not touching the views, but quite clean and unworn otherwise. Very good plus overall, the binding is in fine condition.
