This a vintage publicity photo, not a reproduction, sent out to newspapers and periodicals of the period. Text from a printed press release tipped onto the verso reads: "(647-65). After the opening, Grandfather and Vicki ask the gang from the night club to come to their home for a party. During the height of the festivities, Grandma and Drew arrive suddenly.
