3 Volumes, total 1340 pages, with 51 plates and 24 maps, very good plus (bright) matching hardbacks, publisher's original dark blue cloth bindings with gold gilt lettering and the Oxford logo to the spines, from a uk university library - although this is not easy to tell. They were first published in 1954.
