This very rare and beautifully produced book tells the story of the Vallelunga circuit and was published to coincide with its 50th anniversary. The circuit is located 40 kilometres north of Rome in the town of Campagnano. The circuit started life as a sand covered track created from the original horse racing course but by 1957 it had a new asphalt surface in time to host the Esso Six Hours Race and subsequently hundreds of car and motorcycle races. The book is extensively illustrated with text in Italian and English. This is a large, heavy book which may require additional postage. Inventory # C1155.
