About this Item

Brown cloth with gilt titling. Color map of the valley of Andorra as the frontispiece. 66 pp. Although unattributed, the forward states that much of the information within was taken from a French work by J.F. Blade. Indications are that W.W. Tucker translated that information into English. Signed, with a short inscription by W.W. Tucker. A work providing a short history of Andorra, as well as a survey of its then current political, educational, religious and cultural institutions. GOOD condition. Ex-historical society with a bookplate and small sticker on the inside front cover. Title spine label mostly chipped away and missing. Minor soiling, scuffing and edgewear. Minor toning to the text block.
