About the Author
Mitchell Goozé is the president and founder of Customer Manufacturing Group. A seasoned general manager, he has headed divisions of large corporations and has served as CEO of several independent firms, always focusing the company strategy on the most important person in business . . . the customer.
Ralph Mroz is a noted proponent of the concept of converting marketing functions to a hierarchical process that is stable and repeatable, and integrates seamlessly with Product Development and Sales. His article, "The Synchronous Marketing Process" (May, 1998, Industrial Marketing Management) was the first to describe in detail an over-arching, consistent and measurable marketing process.
