The Value Promise of Service Clubs is a practical leadership guide designed to help service organizations build lasting impact and organizational strength.

Focused on clubs such as Rotary, Lions, Kiwanis, and similar civic organizations, this book provides a structured framework for turning volunteer energy into sustained, measurable progress. It addresses one of the most persistent challenges in service leadership: maintaining continuity and effectiveness in environments shaped by rotating leadership and shared responsibility.

Through the Value Promise Framework—including the Cycle of Value, the Circle of Value, and Alignment Conditions—leaders are equipped with clear strategies to align purpose, strengthen member engagement, and build long-term organizational credibility.

With practical tools, reflective prompts, and real-world applications, this guide empowers leadership teams to move beyond short-term activity and create systems that support consistent performance, learning, and growth.

Grounded in real-world experience, this book offers a disciplined approach to building stronger clubs and delivering enduring value to members, partners, and communities.
