Edges a bit rubbed, wrappers lightly soiled. 1891 Stapled Binding. 24 pp. Staple-bound printed wrappers. The author was head of the Philosophy Department at the University of Toronto for over thirty years, and was also a member of the American Psychological Association (founded a year after the publication of this lecture). This lecture was the first of his career, and includes mentions of John Locke and Immanuel Kant.
