Shipping terms
All purchases will be shipped by the most cost effective method - all parcels will be packed securely. PLEASE NOTE: any shipping prices shown in the listing (in the UK or overseas) should be taken as a guide only - the actual cost will depend on the size/weight of the parcel and the service used. Apart from some of the courier services, parcels are NOT tracked - this can be arranged at an additional cost but please enquire before ordering.
WITHIN THE UK
All parcels weighing under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail (2nd Class). If 1st Class delivery is requested, parcels up to 1.0kg will be covered (an additional charge will apply for parcels weighing 1.0kg-2.0kg).
All parcels weighing over 2kg will be sent by a Courier service. We use a booking agent so the courier/service used will vary depending on the size/weight of the parcel (an additional charge will apply for courier services).
OVERSEAS
Whilst we are happy to send books overseas, please be aware that the cost of doing so can be expensive. In the first instance it is advisable to contact us so that we can advise you of the services available and their cost. PLEASE NOTE: any customs duties or additional courier charges incurred within the receiving country are the responsibility of the BUYER.
