4to (31.5 cm), 110 pp. Printed wrappers with flaps (wrappers slightly rubbed at extremities and dusted). Text in both English and Danish. The volume includes two essays: "Nicolas Jenson and the Rise of the Roman Letterform" by Martin Lowry and "Nicolaus Ienson Gallicus" by George Abrams. These essays, "from slightly differing viewpoints, focus on Nicolas Jenson as a central figure in the history of book publishing during the Renaissance, as well as in the history of letter-forms right down to the present day" (from an introduction by Poul Steen Larsen).
