Brown, Taggard, and Chase, 1857. First Thus. No dust jacket. Full-Leather. Cover is heavily worn, corners and edges through to boards, large chip missing at top of spine, cracked along spine edges. Hinges cracked and loose, still attached. Binding intact, small crack at page 252. Last several pages and back paste down are wavy from moisture exposure. Pages are unmarked with scattered light foxing. Good reading/research copy.
