Vikas Sachan, PhD, is an Assistant Professor and presently working in Semen Biology Lab, Department of Veterinary Gynaecology and Obstetrics, COVAS (DUVASU), Mathurta, Uttar Pradesh, India. He graduated in Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry from COVAS, Udgir (MAFSU, Nagpur, Maharashtra) in 2011.

He completed his MVSc and PhD from COVAS (DUVASU, Mathura, UP) in 2013 and 2021 respectively. He has a good knowledge and experience of more than 9 years in the field of Animal reproduction.

He has published Book chapters, Research articles, Manuals, and various Popular articles. Nowadays he is actively engaged in teaching and research activities as well as in charge of Semen Biology Lab of the institute.
