Your Veterinary Wellness Journey: An Interactive Guide to Thriving With Growth, Resilience, and Purpose

The resources offered in this workbook are an evidence-based toolbox that will equip veterinary professionals, students and teams to meet the challenges of caregiving in a practical, relevant, and hopeful way.

Your Veterinary Wellness Journey builds on the essential work begun in the author's first book, Creating Wellbeing and Building Resilience in the Veterinary Profession, which introduced the care-giving challenges that may impact wellbeing, especially those unique to veterinary environments. This practical sequel capitalizes on collective, compassionate wisdom drawn from a global perspective on what tools, practices, and approaches will inform, prepare, and inspire all members of a veterinary team to be their healthiest selves, both at work and in their personal lives.

The workbook shares the intention of the first book of building efficacy, community, and creative collaboration, supporting each of us to be actively involved in contributing to the positive changes we wish to see in and around the veterinary profession as we meet the needs of animals and humans worldwide. It is an important resource for anyone working in the veterinary profession and general practice, as well as being a great book for post-graduates and undergraduates preparing for their career.
