No Victims

Paul Stills returns home to West Virginia after learning that old friend Kenny Warren has killed himself by jumping off a ledge behind Paul's old house. Convinced that Kenny's death is related to a nonsensical ghost club he helped start in the fifth grade, Paul calls together the old club members to try to find out what happened. Soon their trail leads to local politician Alexander Blanton and a strange old man who is linked to both Kenny Warren and Anna Sanders, Paul's old crush who has fallen into addiction and now hides a dark secret. 'No Victims', an adult supernatural suspense novel, follows Paul, along with his old friends and their loved ones, as they discover how far Alexander Blanton will go to achieve his own dark goal, and how much damage Blanton has already done to their lives. One thing becomes clear--the only way they can overcome Blanton is to refuse to be the victims the disturbed politician has tried to make them all. Failure will lead to a ceremony that will cost all of them their lives and leave Blanton free to create even more victims

Marc grew up in the hills and hollows of rural Lincoln County, WV, listening to and telling ghost stories and reading Poe and Bradbury. Whatever Marc tries to write, ghosts eventually show up, so he has given in. Marc has published three young adult novels and, most recently, a ghost story for grown-ups: No Victims.
