[9] + 254 pp. 9.25 x 6.5 . 8vo. Hardcover full cloth. In good condition, with light scuffing to exterior. Light starting to front hinge. Text block remains bound well, with light instances of wear to middle. Small assortment of markings at front and rear. Includes an extensive assortment of black-and-white drawings and photographs throughout, along with a foldout map at front. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce work on the various cultures and customs living around Lake Victoria, complimented with a wide variety of illustrations.
