Synopsis
As the legal process becomes more complex and specialized – and as the need to generate firm income creates greater pressure to bill hours, settle cases, and do deals – the training of tomorrow’s trial lawyers is fading in importance. In response, veteran California trial lawyer Martin Grayson has written The View From the First Chair, a detailed and insightful work into the litigation process, and the legal and psychological art of the lawsuit.
