80 engraved plates (complete) of houses and house details on heavy stock paper. Most of the pages are loose inside the covers and some have edgewear. Black pebbled cloth covers with leather spine and corners. Covers are worn and detached. Most plates are in good condition except for plate 49 which has a 1" and 1.5" edge tears and wear. Plate 66 has several short edge tears. Plate 11 is foxed and has a dampstain. Some plates have a little foxing and browning at edges. This would be a very good candidate for rebinding. Additional shipping may be required due to size and weight.
