Keeler (1909-93), Canadian-born American stage/screen actress, dancer and singer; married to entertainer Al Jolson (1928-40); film career 1933-70; films include: "Gold Diggers of 1933," Footlight Parade" 1933; "Dames"1934, "Flirtation Walk" 1934, "Go Into Your Dance" (her only screen appearance with Jolson) 1934, "Shipmates Forever" 1935, "Colleen" 1936, her personal favorite among her films, and one of her best.
