Hardcover. Green paper over boards with black lettering. Title page not dated; copyright page dated 2016. 605 pages. Good condition. Covers have some light rubbing due to their texture. Some creasing near spine. Binding is stiff; pages are bright. There is a moderate amount of highlighting throughout, though there are no instances of notations or other writing by previous owners. Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
