Virtual Team Leader Emergence: A Model to Objectively Measure Leader Emergence

Ferbrache provides a much needed analysis of the growing area of virtual team leader emergence. By designing an objective model, Ferbrache has created the first means to objectively measure leadership in virtual teams. He also provides evidence of the possible benefit of the delegation by default theory thought to be related to poor performance. The results of this study prove to be useful for anyone seeking to improve virtual team productivity and goal completion.

Chris Ferbrache is an Adjunct Professor of Business Administration at Fresno City College. In 2006 he was inducted in the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and received his BA in Philosophy from California State University, Fresno. In 2009 he received his Masters in Business Administration from CSUF. Ferbrache lives in Bass Lake California.
