Visions of Knight (Jacob's Ladder)

Finding a family that accepts and loves you should make life easier. But for Jacob, nothing has ever been easy. From having nightmares to living with the mental and physical scars that they cause is a lot for anyone. He has an understanding of his nightmares, but is that better? Knowing the truth is not always the easiest thing to grasp. The more you "know" the more you see the world for what it really is. He has friends that are family to help him, but is he putting them in danger? Or are they just as willing to charge into any trouble to protect those important to them? The more that is revealed to Jacob, the more he knows a simple life isn't in the cards for him. The lines between the world we know, and the one that exists in visions, becomes even more blurred as Jacob and his "family" hunt for the life we all long for.
