The first book written by Stephen R Schwartz, this explores the initial development of Mr Schwartz's technique of helping a participant to gain a new perspective on problems. It is written in free verse and includes a cassette tape so that the participant can follow the process with audio accompaniment.

Stepehen Robbins Schwartz (1949-1993) was an author, publisher and retreat leader. He discovered an intuitive process for assisting participants in relasing themselves from those pockets of pain which still linger even after much inner work. Mr. Schwartz graduated from Brandeis Unversity with a B.A. in literature. He had a gradutate degree in education from the State University of New York. He lived in the New York area with his wife, Donna and two sons, Ben and Will but traveled widely offering retreats and indiviual sessions to participants.
