The cover is dark blue, in a pebbled texture. The book is 9 1/8 in. across. Most of the content: The right hand pages have b/w photos surrounded by statements of points about the breed. Many of the photos state the name of the dog that modeled for the photo. The left hand pages have descriptions of the dog breeds. The text block ends have tanned. Eighteen pages have light water stain along most of the bottom margin. Nearly all of the pages' bottom margins have a wavy spot, from one inch to nearly full length of the margin. An owner's name and address are on the front endpaper. Two pages each have a vertical crease line. Scans e-mailed upon request.
