[iii], [4], [5-12], [13-49] ff. 8 leaves of text, 36 leaves of plates, printed on one side of the leaves only. No. 964 of 1000 copies printed commemorating the death of S. Carlo Borromeo, from the "Edizioni Castello Del Lago Milano" taken from the original example conserved at the Biblioteca Borromeo at Isola Bella. That example is entitled the Nonnulla Praeclara Gesta, dated 1610. Cream dust jacket with an engraving from the original and the title of this edition has very minor wear. Book itself has white boards which are clean and unmarked, interior is clean and unmarked. The copies of the pages of text and engravings are beautifully done, sharp and clear with a lovely sepia tone. Lovely book. No date but appears to correspond to OCLC 635781948 which is dated 1984.
