About the Author
Lou Bergholz is the founder and a managing partner of Edgework Consulting, a Boston-based firm that provides staff/leadership development and capacity building to organizations around the world. An important component of the company's work supports innovative approaches to youth development, particularly among underresourced populations affected by trauma. Lou is a much sought-after keynote speaker, program designer, and facilitator who has worked on four continents. He has worked with a wide range of organizations and children's causes, including the SeriousFun Network, CARE International, UNICEF, Grassroot Soccer, Boys and Girls Club, Up2Us Sports, and the Justice Resource Institute.
