An avid sportsman, sailor, conservationist and world traveler, Mr. Webster has visited over seventy countries and knows first hand what he writes about. As a mountaineer, he has scaled major peaks on four continents, including a near fatal expedition on Mt. McKinley in 1997.
Mr. Webster’s literary accomplishments include a collection of stories, The Betheaden Road, published by Dan River Press in 1994. The Voyage of the Encounter is his first novel, but at present, he is hard at work on his second, The House of Sugar, a CIA drug conspiracy set in Cuba and Colombia.
