284 pages. Hardcover: H 31cm x L 23.25cm. Padded brown boards lightly soiled and stained; some scuffing at edges; vertical furrows along spine. Ink doodling and writing to endpapers; student b/w headshot photo clipped out of freshman class section affecting image on verso as well; student b/w headshot photo jaggedly torn out of sophomore section affecting adjacent and verso images as well; black wax pencil scribbling to page 67 with student photo jaggedly torn out at top of page affecting verso text; no other removals spotted upon a quick perusal but might be present; a few ink signature and marks; some soiling and staining throughout; a few other wax pencil streaks to some rear pages as well. Binding has several stress points with several quires fractionally pulled but otherwise firm. The first Ole Miss yearbook was issued for the 1896-1897 academic year nearly a half-century after the school's founding in 1848; if the correct sequence is indeed yearly then this should be Volume 46 but the exterior spine designates it as Volume 48. Please note that this large book has an approximate shipping weight of 5 pounds (2.26 kg) and will require additional postage for any postal class other than domestic Media Mail.…
