"The Keyline Plan is copyrighted and the lock-pipe system and special water-gates referred to in the book are covered by design registration. However, any farmer has the permission to use, for their own purposes on their land these registered designs." Hardback, with dust wrapper. Blue boards with gilt lettering on the spine. Binding is neat and tidy. Page edges are discoloured, more at the head and fore edge. Some light thumbing. Gently handled. Previous owner's name and address on front free endpaper, along with discolouration from previous sticky tape used to cover the dust wrapper. Pastedowns and free endpapers are very lightly thumbed and also bear some discolouration and previous bookseller's stamp "Harkers Bookshop. Booksellers and Stationers Toowoomba". This book is in fair condition. Dust wrapper has some creasing at the edges and general discolouration. Covers have some wear, especially at the corners and edges. Back cover has some markings and discolouration. Spine sunned. Price clipped.
