THE WESTMERE RULES: THE THIRD NOTICE book 1

Westmere Reserve promises safety, privacy, and a fresh start. Then Mara Price finds a red envelope taped to her new front door.

THIRD AND FINAL NOTICE.

The message is addressed to her husband.

The warning is meant for her.

Eight years earlier, Mara was a fire investigator whose career ended after a fatal apartment fire—and a report she swore someone altered. Now the same case number has resurfaced inside Westmere, a pristine gated community where cameras go dark, records disappear, and a private committee decides who needs protection… and who has become the threat.

As Mara follows a trail through sealed rooms, forged testimony, and evidence hidden beneath her own home, one question becomes impossible to ignore:

Is Ethan protecting her from Westmere—or helping Westmere control her?

Every rule was written after someone got hurt.

The Third Notice is a tense, twist-driven psychological thriller about coercive control, institutional power, and the terrifying cost of letting someone else decide which truth you can survive.
